Dosage
As a dietary supplement, take only one packet daily. Place contents in drinking glass and add 10-12 ounces of cold water or juice. Stir and enjoy immediately. Mixes instantly, no blender required.
Does not contain
Artificial ingredients or preservatives. No yeast, milk, lactose, sugar or dairy products.
Precautions
Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed recommended dosage. Exceeding the recommended dose will result in ingestion of more than 10,000 IU of Vitamin A from retinol, which in high amounts is known to cause birth defects.
